Smoked Salmon Toasties
Two gluten free Brown Ciabatta Rolls
4 cm (1 inches) of cucumber, finely cubed
Smoked salmon, cut into strips
Cracked black pepper
Preparation and cooking times
Prep. 10 mins. Cook 5 mins
Toast the bread on both sides under the grill. Cut the rounded edge from each end of the rolls and slice each roll into 4 equal pieces.
Arrange sliced of smoked salmon, diced cucumber and a whirl of crme friche on top of each base. Plate up and garnish with a sprig of dill and a lemon wedge, topped with cracked black pepper.
